Falling Rock poster recolored

I thought I'd give this piece from 2014 a new coat of paint. One of my favorite things about digital art (or in this case, digital color) is the ability to revisit older works and make tweaks. George Lucas took this to the extreme, but I think there's a middle path. What do you think? Do you prefer this, or the older version with flat color?
